What you will need to bring:

• a bottle of water
• a mat or large towel to lay on
• a journal if you would like to take notes
• a small pillow or rolled towel (if you want to lay your head on something)
• a light blanket (optional, but many people do get cool during sessions)
• a rolled towel to place under knees (optional)
