Weight-loss is much more complex than just what you eat and how you move your body. It goes deeper than that is directly tied to the balance of your hormones, the thoughts that you think, the health of your energetic body, and the way you digest life! For this reason, I wanted to dive into a podcast dedicated to emphasizing these points.

We talk about the main hormones that are directly tied to weight-loss, what the HPA axis is and why you need to know about it, and specific action steps that can get you started on the path of understanding that your struggle with weight-loss is not just about the food you eat. There are many more reasons for weight-loss struggle that I do not address here, such as detoxing, bio-individual nutrients, and energy healing/alternative modalities. That is for another episode. This episode is meant to get you thinking on a deeper level of why you may be struggling. And even though this episode is about weight-loss, it can really be about weight-gain and other weight/health issues!
